Transfer worlds easily between bedrock versions

I want to transfer worlds from my Switch edition to my phone without paying realms, we have a copy world and an export world option but not a transfer option, maybe create a dedicated server to this, in the world selection menu insert a transfer or receive button, click transfer on one device that will generate a code, and click receive and insert the code on the other device then the download will start, pretty much like the login screen on console versions.
