Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    I remember dropping an idea similar to this on the reddit once. Rather than dying slime balls, you would combine a potion with a slime block to make it a different color, and it would affect the block in different ways.

    Strength (red block) would have a higher bounciness. Weakness (grey block) would be less bouncy. Jump Boost (a different shade of green) would launch entities further when pushed by a piston. Swiftness (sky blue?) would make slime blocks that wouldn't affect adjacent blocks, but only the ones on the axis it was moved by a piston, or something like that.

    It was something along those lines. I don't think they'll ever go with this, though. It's not like we can make special slime blocks for every potion, either.

    Simply dying them to get weird effects DEFINITELY won't work.
