Grass/Ferns placeable on more blocks

Allow for Grass/Ferns to be placed on blocks like Cobblestone, Wooden Planks, and Sand. This would allow to simulate a nice set of customization, such as overgrown cobbled pathways in towns, old broken houses being overtaken by nature, and even nice transitions between plains and beaches.
