Multithreding in minecraft

I have recently bought a new pc whith a i5 10600k CPU. And i see in taskmanager that it only use 5-20% of my CPU while running Minecraft Java edition. Why i wanna change this is cause i want to be able to use all of my CPU so i can get higher FPS. It's a really hard thing to rewrite the code but i think it would be good in the long run. The thing i want is for user to choose how much of their CPU minecraft gonna use. And to use all of the cores and threads that morden CPU's have.

    As a guy with a Ryzen 7 3800X, Minecraft Java would greatly benefit from this
