Ore Generation Tied to Difficulty Level

Diamonds and other ores are way to easy to get right not. There is legitimately no reason to make iron armor. We have the opportunity to extend the late game here by making ore generation tied to the difficulty level. Hard difficulty will have less ore spawns and easy difficulty will have more.

  chests in shipwrecks and overworld nether portals don't help either
