Add ruby for the "caves and cliffs update"

It would be nice, that the ruby get added to Minecraft for "caves and cliffs update", and that the ruby also could have tools and armors.

    Please don't make it for tools and armor, give it a unique use. A good use could be an alternative currency used in both piglin bartering & some villager trades (specifically weapon/tool/armor smiths, wandering traders, & clerics)
