Goat Statue Structure and Icy Shards

A new structure: Goat Statue

Giant goat head statues rarely found on the sides of the mountains. It is possible to enter through the mouth of the goat statue. There is a large hall and goats inside. A pile of blue ice is displayed in the middle of the hall. A chest stands on blue ices too. In fact, it would be a nice structure for the iceologer, but I don't know if it will be added to the game.

There is a new item in the loot chests on the blue ices inside the building: Icy Shard

Icy Shards are extremely cold pieces that only appear on igloos and goat statues. It is so cold that it freezes you if you do not wear letter armour. 

What are the Icy Shards for?

Icy Shards:

• It prevents all blocks from changing the ranks. So an Icy Shard used oak sapling never matures and stays the same! In short, it has a decorative use.
• This also helps baby animals never grow up and always stay small! So Vanilla friendly usage!

That's it. I think it's a good idea for this empty mountains.
