Snowballs should be able to be put in cauldrons to make powdered snow

Similar to how water bottles can be right clicked on cauldrons to fill the cauldron with water, the same should apply to snowballs. This would make a great alternative to getting powdered snow rather than waiting the slow process of snowfall to fill cauldrons.

  Maybe not put in so easily. What if throwing a snowball into a cauldron has a very small chance of filling it with a level of powdered snow? If you have a 1/64 chance, then you still have to do a lot of snowball collecting to get any powdered snow! And you might even have to wait for snow fall so you can collect more snowballs.
