Skulk Lamp

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a point for Skulk Growth? What if you could take a Redstone Lamp in a crafting table and surround it with Skulk Growth to make a Skulk Lamp? The way the Skulk Lamp could work is: the Skulk Lamp would turn on/off when it detects a sound level of 4 and would give off a light level of 14. Also non-dead mobs are scared of it and they couldn't go with a 7 block radius of it when undead mobs such as skeletons, zombies, husks and strays would be curious and walk towards it and inspect it for roughly 4 seconds. Although non-dead and undead mobs would only have special reactions when it is on. The Skulk Lamp also can be redstone powered. The Warden would have no reaction, except when the Skulk Lamp turns on and off it would give off a sound what only the Warden can hear.
