Clouds are too low

The new mountains dwarf the landscape, exceeding the previous build height limit. But now clouds look way too low to the grounds with the new generation. 

My point is, clouds should render up at about Y-220 or so. This way the high peaks will still go through the clouds.

  Having clouds such as Cumulonimbus, Cumulus, Stratus, etc, Clouds at differing Sizes and Altitudes would really up the Scenic Value of Mountains by a lot. Maybe it would be simpler to just have two levels of clouds, one at 220 as you said, but maybe another layer at 280 or something along those lines.
