Feedback re: low rating on Paisley Craft resource pack

I've already sent a ticket in to Minecraft.net, but I'm adding this here as well, since when I gave the pack one star, it said to send feedback. This pack, by GoE-Crafts, contains art that was stolen from Steelfeathers' pack Dragon Dance without permission of the original artist. I find it very upsetting that a pack being sold by a team who is 'Official Microsoft and Minecraft Partners' contains stolen art, and that they are making money off of someone else's work. I am thoroughly upset that my money has gone towards art theft. This reflects incredibly poorly on both GoE-Craft, and on Mojang and Microsoft for being official partners with someone who uses stolen art.
