Better Biome Transitions

We need better biome transitions, playing minecraft right now gets kinda wacky. For instance, just traversing around the desert and reaching a snowy tundra and then after that a mesa biome doesn't make sense. cold biomes should have better transitions towards hot biomes in my opinion. This also includes the New Mountain Biome that is coming. it shouldn't transition to a dessert or a Savannah at the moment. It should transition towards a forested area or plains or icy taigas, and tundras.  Ice capped biomes should only be a sub biome that is rarely found as well in the snowy tundras.
