Add Slate as a transition block between Stone and Deepslate

Right now, the transition from Stone to Deepslate is very sudden and immersion-breaking, adding a block in between the two textures in terms of brightness would smoothen that transition.

This block would begin generating at something like Y=15, be the only block generating at Y=0 and then transition completely to Deepslate by Y=-15

  I feel like with the new name the devs are implying that the generic "Stone" is meant to be Slate, and DeepSlate is just the variant for lower down
