swap tuff and smooth basalt

Swap Smooth Basalt and Tuff back around in cave generation so that Tuff generates around geodes, and Smooth Basalt generates in the deep dark - it looks nicer then Tuff does with the new Deepslate.

  100% agree!! smooth basalt and deepslate looks so pretty, tuff doesnt blend that well.
