Goats are cool, but they are helpless and constantly end up killing themselves and suiciding. A goat will ram into a hostile mob, only for the mob to aggro on the goat, making them flee and die.
My suggestion is, when a goat is attacked by a mob/player, they have a 50% chance of fleeing as they currently do, although when moving the goat will lower its head, and if the goat makes contact with the attacker, the attacker will take 1 heart of damage. This can happen multiple times as long as the goat is still running.
If the goat does not choose this, it will perform it's current ram. Other goats standing nearby have a chance to charge too.
