Ruined Portal Variants

Ruined portals. They can bring you to any biome in the nether. Despite this, the Nether that's "leaking out of it" only ever consists of netherrack, even in soul sand valleys where there’s barely any netherrack at all. 

I think that the "leaked dimension" should match the nether biome it sends you to

If it goes to Soul sand valley, it has bone blocks, soul sand, and soul soil

Basalt Deltas have basalt, blackstone, and especially large amounts of lava

The forests have their respective nylium, netherrack, and wart blocks

Nether Wastes keep the current ruins.

Chests could also have small changes depending on where it leads, like warped forests giving ender pearls or soul sand valleys giving bones, hinting to which mobs are the main focus of the biome.

Not only is it consistent, it allows players to prepare for the biome the portal leads to before entering.

    It's a really cool idea, but I don't think it's technically feasible anytime soon. Such a feature would require generating the Overworld chunks at the same time as the Nether so that the Ruined Portals can determine what biome they connect to and therefore which blocks to use. This would be very laggy.

    However, maybe in the future when hardware improves, this could be a really fun addition.

    That's a great idea.

    Also, more variants of the blocks could be available, such as nether quartz and gold.
