Remove Surface Lava Lakes

Unless it's with a Nether portal, those random little pools of lava that generate on the surface feel like remnants of a less advanced Minecraft. Not only do they make no sense, but they also burn down forests and villages.

With cave and cliff update is also simpler to find large lake of lava underground. Superficial lava lake are unrealistic and ugly.

i think also the little water lake are now useless, because there are much more bigger river than before, they also ruined the landscape.
