Add more FPS Support

I love playing Minecraft, but It's near impoosiple to get above 30 FPS without Optifine or Sodium. But I like playing vanilla so I deal with the lag, but it would be nice if vanilla Minecraft could add some of the same features that Optifine or Sodium have.
