Make a survival way to obtain deepslate tiles

I like the texture of deepslate tiles a lot, so i was very disappointed when i saw that there is no survival way to obtain deepslate tiles. I would like to see one soon. :)

    This was already planned, they just didn't get it through to the snapshots.
