Mossy Cobblestone and Stone Bricks made easier to harvest

Mossy blocks are something I would very much like to use in large quantities, but this is difficult because of the punishing conversion rate for vines to blocks. 1 : 1 vines to blocks means the only way to acquire large quantities is to build lag generating farms of pure surface area.

Three suggestions to make these blocks easier to harvest and build with;

The first is to address Vine functionality. Make vines Bonemeal enabled, in a very similar vein to the new Glow Lichen. Make shears the Dedicated tool. Make axes with Silk touch able to harvest vines. Even allow vines to be harvest by simple displacement, for example, pistons on a timer popping them off surface.

The second is to change the recipe : Remove the 1 : 1 conversion and instead require a Crafting Bench to use a 1 : 8 conversion, Vines surrounded by Cobble or Stone Brick, similar to Dyed Glass. 

The third is create a new recipe allowing moss blocks and mossy carpets to also create mossy cobble and mossy stone brick.
