Here what i suggest:
-Add some blackstone blobs at those coord: -1 to -63
-Make the mineshaft a bit bigger and a bit more detailed and make then generate at mountains with a entrance
-Like the mineshaft, remade the dungeon to make it more challengeing and a bit better looking
-For the cliff side, i would like to have some bird, waterfalls and maybe some huts that has unique ressource
-For the stone block that goes from 128 and above, i suggest that we add a stone block style but brighter ( a bit like how deepslate (grimstone) work ) and the grass color being a bit of a bright lime yellowish green something.
-As almost everyone suggest: a new ore, i think of titanium and it gonna be able to generate at the mountain biome, like emerald.
-Titanium will be strong ( 5 atk damage ) and has a good efficiency ( 7 tool speed ), but very fragile ( 26 durability ), the ore can be mined with just a wooden pick and it more common than iron but not as common as coal.
-Titanium armor will be actually different, it doesn't protect alot ( Defense Point: Helmet: 1 / Chestplate: 4 / Leggings: 3 / Boots: 1 ) but very sturdy ( Durability Point: Helmet: 385 / Chestplate: 560 / Leggings: 525 / Boots: 455 ) and it has armor toughtness ( 1 armor toughtness per armor pieces )
-Titanium pickaxe can mine up to iron ores but cannot mine deepslate (Grimstone).
