Hard to climb mountains with temples

The caves and cliffs update of minecraft will change 2 things; the caves and the mountains. That is why I see it fitting for there to be a new structure in the mountains, a reason to want to climb those high peaks other than goats. I propose that the new structure is a mountain temple(Name is changeable). Mountain temples would have a 1/5 chance to generate on the peak of the highest mountain in the mountain range. On that mountain, there would be fierce winds blowing, threatening to knock you off the face of the mountain. This winds would also push enderpearls away from the summit of the mountain, and the winds would also prevent you from using your elytra, pushing you away from the peak, which forces you to walk up the mountain. Along the way, you would encounter strays and frozen zombies, a mob from minecraft dungeons. Another danger would be the cold, as the higher you go, the colder it gets, meaning as you near the peak, you would start to take damage, unless you were wearing a leather chestplate/leggings and leather helmet/boots.
