End update 2.0

Adds new end mobs new end ore for tools and armour ender dragon egg makesa medium size fragon that you tame with a ender bone you can ride the dragon make the dragon spit dragons breath at evil mobs. New end lakes with special lakes with speciale mobs and fishing loot that you get a a speciale end fishing rod that you obtain from a end fortress with a whole bunch of end mob spwners in sime chests there it will be. End bone cages from past endrr dragons with special end bones used to tame the end er dragom from the egg.
