Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Benefits for Different Armor Types

Essentially this has been partially implemented already in game with Gold armor being useful for trading with Piglins etc, but other than that, I have no use for any type of armor besides Netherite. I’m proposing to be added is benefits for wearing different types of armors, leather could give you a speed boost in rain, chain could give you protection against certain mobs, netherite gives you better protection against fire, etc. Just make low-tier armor useful for mid-game or end-game that has decent benefits that would motivate players to utilize that leather armor in their chest taking up space.

    I like this idea. Also, you know how ghasts are weak against cobblestone but strong against obsidian? Maybe there could be a similar reversal where some mobs are strong against diamond, but weak against iron.
