Spyglass & Strongholds/Underground Structures

I feel the need to share an idea that I had. I feel like the new item, Spyglass, should generate in the loot table for shipwrecks. This would be cool, and I feel like this add on would be a nice touch to the game. 

I also have another suggestion. If strongholds were to end up generating below y=0, then the stone bricks would become deepslate bricks, and also mossy deepslate bricks. This would make them look much less out of place and give a new feel to strongholds. Same thing with Mob Spawners.
