Redstone sounds!

I think that the redstone repeater and the redstone comparator should at the very least get different sounds from what they have already, if not entirely new and unique ones. As of yet, their placing/breaking sounds are wood sounds, which doesn't make any sense since they are mostly composed of stone. This would be best paried with more redstone blocks like the repeater and comparator, but having the sounds in general would be a good idea too. 

(Having repeaters click every time you set their delays is also a good idea, but someone already made that, so I won't take credit for it)
