Multin Cave Feedback

I just saw a icy cave on twiter so i came up with a idea of the opisite ot that. How about a Cave that is like a volcano but underground. Large pool of lava no big pokit of air around it and magma blocks alover the place and multin spikes hanging from the sealing. It is a hot hole to be in. It will feel like your save from the lava in a volcano. If you get to close to the lava you will feel nasua from the heat and your hearts will turn red and start to go down slowly.
