Sub-Maps can only render under Y level 64

There will be two types of Sub-Maps: Upper & Lower,

Upper Maps render 64 to -16 and Lower Maps -16 to -64

Maps only render caves/aquifers/mineshafts/geodes you explored
- Lower elevated caves will appear in darker shades of Grey
