I see what Mojang is trying to do with the ores and I see why they like it. I for one liked the old textures because there was this feeling I got when I found those ores and knew I liked them and I wanted it to stay the same way. I understand if others do not think they should stay the same and they should change but when someone tries to make something to realistic I does not look good and I feel that this is what has happened. The main reason I want the ore textures to fo back to normal is, Minecraft wasnt made to look realistic, it was made to give people joy and for anything Minecraft is all blocks, the only blocks with gravity is sand and gravel, trees float, and a ton of other things. That is what makes Minecraft enjoyable. The fact that it is not realistic. I have been playing Minecraft ever since I was 4 or 5 and I am 11 ever since now I personaly think every update has been the best ever (especially the elytra update) until the ore changes. Something about it just makes it look wierd. Mojang, if you ever see this maybe consider changing the textures back.
