Rotten Flesh Use in Composter

Its commonly known that in the game, rotten flesh is used purely in a food emergency situation, or trading with clerics, both of which are inefficient and a waste of time, resulting in the item being actively avoided. i also understand that there are some items in the game, such as sweet berries and poisonous potatoes that are meant to just be a nuisance, or to add decoration, but i think rotten flesh should also get the use of being converted into bone meal.
