Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Cave tethers

Since the new cave update is going to make caves massive and people will tend to stay in the caves for much longer, I feel the torch method for navigation in and out of the caves is outdated. I think a new tool like leather tethers to let you find your way back to certain parts of the caves or the entrance.
