Snow Eliminator #99

We need a better way to clear snow in Long term games, as it piles up too high, and makes travel difficult. My suggestion is a snow eliminator #99;  a very low and wide area explosive device that does just enough dmg to turn all the snow in a wide area into snow balls that will dissipate over night.  Would be near useless as a pvp and mob killing device especially if you make it blow with no knockback.  Suggested recipe, 1 paper, 1 sand, 1 gunpowder, 1 slime ball.
