More kind of seeds

Its really irritating sometimes when you want to build something in creative mode. If you want to build something in the nether and you need a special biome for it to really work out, it’s really sad that you cant choose what biome you want to spawn in cuz if you want to build near a bastion you will probably only get normal nether with no bastions in a 1000 block radius so it would be GREAT if you could choose where to spawn like with seeds

-a player that has a hard time building in the nether
