Transport & Transcend Update

I think we are due for a dimensional update. I think we are also due for a Minecart update too. I combined this idea into one like Mojang likes to do, the "Transport & Transcend" update.

The Dimension

I imagine this dimension is up in the clouds, filled with villagers who have connected these floating islands with newer more powerful rails. What is different is there are many levels/types of islands. Unlike The End and its islands, these are separated by height. That's where the rails come into play, they have set up terminals connected by faster rails and minecarts that can hold multiple mobs.

Some of these islands are derelict, the rails between them are broken, filled with hostile mobs. There are monuments packed with treasure and mobs akin to the Warden that guard them. 

Some biomes that show up are the Cascading Falls biome which is made up of multiple tiers of waterfalls. The Eternal Sunset biome is forever stuck in a sunset no matter the time. The Wispy Desert biome is last, filled with blue cacti.

The highest islands are known to have totems that have slots that need Netherite. Once filled a boss that is the negative of a Wither spawns (you can imagine how that would look).

The Transport

The new rails in this are twice the speed of normal rails. The minecarts have a few new variants, jumping, double-seater, and traveller (which includes a chest in the back). These come in handy for having multiple levels of minecart tracks that get shown off in the new sky villages.
