Pedestals

So there are is only really on way of displaying items and that is in an item frame, and while this works well it does not always fit the aesthetic of a build. So I suggest that a pedestal block, this block could made adaptive by having it come in all of the wood and stone types making it so we can display items in ways that fit the aesthetic or palette of a build.
