Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Stick of TNT

Sometimes when we’re mining, TNT isn’t the optimal explosive. It can expose lava or the explosion can be too big and do damage to the player. Also, it isn’t very neat because of the radius of the explosion. A solution to this would be to add sticks of TNT. So far, we only have blocks of TNT, but they look like they are composed of sticks. My idea is that you can craft sticks of TNT using gunpowder, paper and string. With these sticks, you can craft blocks of TNT. However, you can also use the sticks for mining by placing them on the wall and igniting them. The explosion should have a smaller radius than a block of TNT, since there is less gunpowder being used. You light sticks of TNT the same way you light bombs, but you have to wait for the fuse to burn out. You can extend the fuse by right-clicking the stick with string in your hand.
