Wind Functions

I think wind would be a great addition and make the world of Minecraft feel much more realistic. If wind was added, your player would run faster when their back is to the wind and slower when they are facing the wind. The wind can also affect the trajectory of arrows and can change direction. During storms, wind can affect the direction of the rain. Also, if wind is added, pinwheels should also be added and be craftable with sticks and paper.

    Wind could also allow for realistic sail boats and wind mills and the like.
