And in case of building wall (vertical pattern) is sometimes impossible without debug stick. Because it not possible to build from both side of the wall - on one side there already can be another glazed terracotta wall with pattern. So in survival mode it is very difficult (or almost impossible) to make some patterns.

In my opinion, something needs to be invented to placing these blocks easier.
