New cave generation

In the new 21w07a, the cave generation has been changed. Now the caves have been modified near to what they were in the 1.16 and in my opinion it should be like in the 21w06a.

    The cave generation in 21w07a is exactly the same as the one in 21w06a. They only made noise caves rarer in 21w07a so that they feel more unique and rewarding. You can still find the same huge, fascinating caves, you just need to explore and grind a bit more for them.
