Get back the 21w06a caves because the new ones are too small

In the snapshot 21w07a the new caves are way to small but the one from 21w06a are excellent I really think that mojang is making a mistake we need the caves from 21w06a back

  I think we need a compromise. The noise cave sizes should be between the 21w06a and 21w07a cave generation because the current noise cave generation isn't very random at the moment.
