One of the main problems about the next update is that you can potentially use brushes to find rare items such as diamond blocks inside of regular dirt anywhere in your world with the new Archaeology feature. So, to fix this, I think you should add new variants of existing blocks such as Gravel and Dirt which can be brushed away, and so the brushes cannot be used on normal blocks to obtain rare items like diamond blocks. The new variants would look and behave the same as their normal counterparts, but they would only generate in Dig Sites, and brushes could be used on them. These blocks would likely generate within a 5-10 block radius of Dig Sites, as well as inside of them.
