Flooded Cavern seperate fishing loot table

As far as I know, Fishing is not possible underground unless the water the lure is in has sky access.This should be changed. Instead of changing the player's ABILITY to fish when certain conditions are not met, we should instead change what they can actually recieve from it. I believe there should be a seperate loot table for flooded caverns (with different fish, trash, and treasure) coming in the long-awaited Caves and Cliffs Update. I will make different posts for these things in the appropriate places and provide links when I am through.
