upgrade the strongholds feedback

Now their is a new stomne type called "Grimstone that generates below y level 0, strong holds now only spawn below the y 0 level so... that if the stone in the strong hold was grim stone to fit the theme and sone mossy and cracked grimstone for somme more disign. Maby add smaller strong holds above y 0 for beginers.
