Trellis - keep vines a renewable resource without spreading by default

Xisuma's latest snapshot video showed some vines generating on stone at the end - I like this but I agree the spreading may be an issue.

My solution is the trellis. This would become the only block that vines can spread on. This helps vine farms and nullifies the annoyance of spreading vines on builds utilizing them as decoration.

Block states specifying whether the trellis is in the middle of the block space like a fence post or on the edge like a door (for putting it against a wall) would be cool.

I'm not sure how placing vines on the trellis would work, but I imagine it would be similar to item frames.

Crafting recipe would be similar to fences.
