Phantoms should spawn on mountain tops

Phantoms are really annoying so I think that they should be banished to the mountains. They would spawn at night even if you do not have insomnia but they will all attack you at once if you hurt one first or have not slept in an in-game week.

This would mean that mountains will have a new hostile attraction along with being a dependable place for obtaining phantom membrane. Less players would be annoyed by them and having a flying monster in the mountains would look pretty cool.

  Maybe phantom "nests" could generate above a certain Y-level?

  Another idea would be for them to spawn in the really big and open caves.
