Make the new caves spawn more often

In the second last snapshot, the new caves were long and frequently spawned allowing it so you can explore for hours on end with caves intersecting each other. But in the recent snapshot the caves spawn rates were changed and the caves don’t go on so long anymore. We should get the old rates back, that was better.

Someone suggested that we could make it so the caves with cool biomes stick to generation like this, but that the caves with no sort of biomes (bland) go back to being the generation from snapshot 21w06a, and make the bland caves spawn in mountainous areas so the player can decide what type of cave they want to go to, good idea so I thought I would mention it.

    I personally prefer the newer cave rates. Big caves are still pretty common, they're just less expansive so you can't just set up camp in the first cave you see and have all the resources you ever need. (Just look deeper underground to find them.)

    I'd like to see the newer caves for plains, swamps, and forests, but go back to seeing those really huge caverns when we are in mountainous or hilly regions.  That way players can choose what sort of cave they want, and sort of know where they are based on the cave generation they find.
