Mid-Block Door

The ability to place doors in the middle of a block/having new doors that are placed in the middle of a block would be appreciated.
This way, glass pane/iron bar walls could be easily connected with doors without it looking off-set.

At the moment doors don't connect with iron bars, walls nor panes, mid-block doors would fit in with these blocks to allow for more ways to build.
