Old chunks generate the new sub 0 cave systems

I have a server with some friends, something we have had going for a long time. Because the world height is adding 64 new blocks below y level 0, it would be amazing if the new generation could take place on old chunks, just adding stuff below the previous bedrock. It would breathe new life into our town, and forgo us needing to relocate our bases or even reload the world. Thanks!

  Also there might be technical problems with new boimes but i would really like to see those in old chunks as well
