The upgrade tiers of Final Shout should be the health percentage

Original: When your health drops below 25%, all your artifacts are used (ignoring cooldown periods).

  • Up to every 12th second.
  • Up to every 10th second.
  • Up to every 8th second.

Suggestion: When your health drops, all your artifacts are used, up to every 8th second (ignoring cooldown periods).

  • Triggers when your health drops below 50%.
  • Triggers when your health drops below 38%.
  • Triggers when your health drops below 25%.

    that would be a good idea but instead of it being 

    • Triggers when your health drops below 50%.
    • Triggers when your health drops below 38%.
    • Triggers when your health drops below 25%.

    it could be

    • Triggers when your health drops below 25%.
    • Triggers when your health drops below 38%.
    • Triggers when your health drops below 50%.

    because people would want this to happen earlier then later, but it is a good idea.
