I really think the Minecraft jungle needs a bit of an improvement. If I’m really being honest, jungles in real life have such a wide variety of species. I get it, the current jungles are like they are because of the amount of work needed to improve it and a lot of people are pretty okay with it.
However, with all these new updates that add things like the Caves and Cliffs update, the jungle has stayed relatively unchanged, and therefore lifeless. I get it with the pandas, but there is more than just that.
What would be nice is if the jungle had a wide variety of plant life and looked and felt more... real. I’d like it if the jungle had a canopy that covered it more, and had a more significant chance of rain. The water, I think a murky look would be more suited, along with more rivers. Some special orchids growing around trees would help, and not only jungle wood, but adding rich mahogany trees would be nice.
Another thing I would like would be fruits and more food than just melons. Jungles have berries, bananas, nuts, and plenty more. I’d really like a better food option there. I highly suggest bananas, because that would give it a jungle feel. Some berries and nuts would help too.
